Nearest Railway Station: Kalpa is the nearest railway station. From Kalka, one can board a narrow-gauge train to reach Shimla.
By Road: Shimla is well-connected to all major cities of India.
We Recommend you land at IGI Airport, New Delhi and board an overnight AC Volvo bus to reach Shimla. Flights to Shimla airport are expensive and you’ve to board a connecting flight from Delhi airport.

Day 1: Delhi to Shimla | Overnight Journey Board overnight semi-sleeper Volvo from Delhi at 08:00 PM and reach Shimla the next morning.
Day 2: Arrive Shimla, Drive to to Chitkul/Sangla (227 Kms, 9-10 Hrs Drive Approx) Arrive Shimla pick up 7am & drive to Sangla-Chitku on the way sightseeing Fagu, Kufri, Narkanda, Karchham Dam check-in rooms dinner & overnight stay in hotel.
Day 3:Chhitkul to Kalpa (52 Kms, 4 Hrs Drive) • wake up with the best views • breakfast and start the drive • Explore the Chhitkul village • 02noon: start drive to Kalpa • On the way visit to Kamru Fort, Suicide point and 3000-year-old Kalpa Monastery • check-in • dinner & stay in room
Day 4 :Kalpa to Nako (105 Kms, 6-7 Hrs Drive) • breakfast, drive to Kaza • on the way sightseeing Khab: the confluence point of Spiti River and Sutlej River • Explore Nako Lake, Monastery and head back to our designated stays • check-in, dinner & rest
Day 5 :Nako to Kaza (113 Kms, 6 Hrs Drive Approx) • Breakfast and drive to Kaza • Kaza: the headquarters of Spiti • Tabo: oldest monastery of Spiti, 1,000 years • Dhankar Monastery: must visit place • check-in, dinner & rest
Day 6 :Spiti High Altitude Villages Day • Post breakfast, drive • Kee Monastery: famous monastery of Spiti, locally known as Kye Gompa • Chicham Bridge: Asia’s highest bridge • Hikkim: world's highest post office • Komic: highest village connected to motorable road • Langza: the fossil village and Buddha statue that sits on top of a hill • Dinner & overnight stay
Day 7 :Kaza to Kalpa (200 Kms, 7 Hrs Drive Approx) • wake up & enjoy the tea with views • breakfast and drive to Kalpa • Kalpa: the famous village of Kinnaur • check-in, followed by dinner • overnight stay in Kalpa
Day 8 :Drive to Shimla, Overnight journey to Delhi • sunrise over Kinner Kailash range • breakfast, drive to Shimla • Drop at Volvo Pick up point, Shimla • Board an overnight Volvo to Delhi
Day 9 :Delhi Arrival, Tour Ends • Reach Delhi early in the morning and the group will disperse with fond memories. • End of Spiti Road Trip. Note: Book your return flight post 4pm from Delhi with good amount of buffer time.

Note: – Many
trekkers commit the same mistake of
carrying unnecessary items on a trek
which only makes the backpack heavy. It
is important to know the right items to
carry.
It differs from
season to season if you are trekking in
summers then carry less layers of warm
clothing and if you are trekking in
winters carry enough layers to protect
yourself against chilly cold.
Necessary Items for trekkers
Backpack (50 to 60
liters)
A strongly built
backpack with good support is compulsory for
a trek. (Rain cover is important)
Sturdy Trekking Shoes
The shoes should be strong enough with good
support. The people ask if sports shoes
would be comfortable but it is good to bring
the right trekking shoes.
The Clothes You Should Bring On a
Trek
Avoid keeping extra
clothes because it only makes you backpack
heavy.
Trek Pants – The jeans are never suitable for a trek so you need at least 2-3 trek pants for treks carry more for longer treks.
Jacket – Jackets are very important to carry on a trek it protects you against the chilly weather. So carry 2 jackets on a week long trek.
